Jim Hessler, Founder & President
Jim Hessler brings over 25 years of business management and executive leadership to Path Forward.
Jim has had an exciting and challenging business career, and he has a powerful record as a grower of businesses. At the core of his experience is his successful track record as an engineer and leader of business turnarounds. In a 25 year career, Jim accomplished turnarounds for the Avery Corporation, for the Unisource Corporation, and for Wildfire Pacific.
Jim’s experience in general management has resulted in broad and deep of knowledge of nearly all aspects of a well-run business. From building and managing a sales organization, to managing complex inventories and delivery systems, to generating vision and trust in demoralized organizations, to leading complex national restructuring efforts, Jim has earned a depth of knowledge and insight that he makes available to clients through Path Forward.
Jim lives in Bellevue, Washington and has been married for 29 years to Paula Weiss, a teacher in the Issaquah School District.

Steve Motenko, Coach & Facilitator
Steve Motenko is a nationally acclaimed, Harvard-educated leadership trainer and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) specializing in integral development.
His coaching training and experience, combined with a strong service orientation, led Steve into leadership development and executive coaching, where he has built a broad and eclectic resume:
