Group Coaching: monthly facilitated dialogues in which an ongoing, small group of managers explores issues, resources, solutions and successes in an atmosphere of support and challenge for their leadership development. Includes a monthly one-on-one phone coaching session.

Strategic Alliances: Excell, the Executive Leadership Exchange, is vehicle for owners and top executives of local companies to gather monthly for a challenging and productive “retreat.” The retreat includes presentations by outstanding experts as well as strong, unvarnished feedback from non-competitors who share similar challenges and opportunities.
